| How to apply for send to your accommodation in Japan |
|
Application Procedure 1. Please fill out the application form (.pdf or .jpeg) and send it as an attachment to an e-mail with the subject "Hiko-Mamori Request" at least 2 weeks prior to the date of your stay. 2. Upon receipt of your application e-mail, we will call the accommodation to request their approval to send Hiko-Mamori. 3. Once we have obtained the approval of the accommodation, you will receive an e-mail with the address of the credit card payment site. Please make payment as soon as you receive it. 4. Upon confirmation of payment, we will send Hiko-Mamori so that it will be delivered approximately 2 days prior to your stay. |
